Over the past few months, I've delved deeply into the world of healthcare and discovered a reality I hadn't previously experienced: the daily challenge of connecting on-call doctors to hospital shifts. It's a seemingly simple process, but it hides enormous complexity.
Think of a dating app. Only in this case, "match" doesn't just mean affinity or shared interests—it can literally save lives.
Dynamics change constantly. A sudden surge in viral infections skyrockets the demand for pediatricians. A dengue outbreak completely transforms the landscape overnight. In this context, finding the right doctor, quickly and at the lowest cost, becomes a decisive factor for both hospitals and patients.
But the challenge goes beyond simply connecting professionals and institutions. On-call physicians receive proposals from multiple companies simultaneously, and often the bottleneck isn't locating the specialist, but getting them accredited quickly and securely.
